Rules
Unfortunately, the rules have not been translated into English, but as long as this is not the first tracker you have ever used, than you should be just fine because there is nothing special about these rules.

Forums
The forum is a nice place to be at, especialy thanks to the International Forum sections, which allows non-Romanian speakers to still be a part of this community

Ratio building
Generally the ratio shouldn't be so hard to maintain because there will be a good number of leechers for every torrent, but especially for pr0n and for packs. But if your speed is good than you will have no trouble in maintaining a high ratio.

Comments
If you are looking to use this site as a 0-day source than you will probably be disappointed, because even though the speeds are great, the pre-time is not. However, if you take your time you will discover that the packs that they have here make it worth your time. Actually this is the reason why I keep this account.

Also a special thing about this tracker, but which is only useful for Romanian users is that it has a subtitle section where you can find Romanian subtitles for the releases you download from here.
